Austin, Texas, 05 September 2019 – S3, a leading provider of trade surveillance, analytics, and regulatory reporting technology, announced today that SS&C Technologies is adding S3’s Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) and SEC Rule 606 Reporting products to its TCA and Rule 606 solutions lineup.
The addition of S3’s services will enable SS&C clients to seamlessly produce the detailed 606 regulatory reports in compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) mandates. Utilizing S3’s product suite ensures best execution of trading transactions through trade surveillance and analytics and full transparency to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
